Dear Sir, If I miss one rakat with the jamat and by mistake I do one salam with the imam and then relise that I have missed one rakat then what should I do ?

In this case you will complete your salah by doing sajda sahu. However, if you turned salam with the mim (م) of Imam’s السلام or prior to it, in this case sajda sahu is not wajib. Usually muqtadis turn salam after the salam of Imam, hence we have mentioned the ruling of sajda sahu.
