What name should we give Ausaf to help him improve?

as-salam-o-alikum, My self Syed irfan ali I have two son’s one name is AUSAF & onther is UZAIR, but Ausaf was very problematic boy he has no manner, he got angry and beat small brother and other small childern he did not listen to us if we tell him any thing he did not listen to do that thing now onwards is not so good in studies is mind always thinking other things just like in eating, other playing and dustrubing. we show to hime one maulana the maulan told us chage his name. he name is not sutible for him and for his mother & father, we are very much thinking about him and we too love very much to ausaf. his date of birth details are as follows:- Date is 19th of Khalik month, and day and time is satuday night at 2.10 am means (sunday morning) please help us we are very worried about him. or suggest a good name to him My name is syed irfan ali my wife is nausab irfan ali
