I am 40 years old and have been punctual in my fasts for the last 14 years but I missed at least 10 years of fast. How do I make up for these? If the answer is that I need to makeup for 10 years, then should I fast every day or every otherday or certain times in a week. Please advise. JazakAllah Khair. Both the ways are alright, whether you keep every day or a day in a week, but you should be concerned that this completes as soon as possible; since no one knows when he will have to leave the world.
