i belongs to a poor family and my parents not in condition of submitting my college fee. i want to complete my graduation in this condition can i take loan from any bank?and my second question is is scholarship is jayaj in islam which is provided to poor students?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1973/1581/B=1431)
(1) In case, you take loan from the bank you will have to pay interest, which is unlawful and haram.
(2) It is right for a poor to receive the scholarship that is meant for the poor.
