Assalamu alaikum, I am grafic/web designer. My work is download photographs from website and place it for required place in the webform it looks attractive. I am not drawing picture but I adject picture in webforms, brouchers, flex boards. Please kindly reply is it halal or haram.

The traditions of the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) deal sternly with pictures; therefore a Muslim should refrain from it. So, it is not right for you to decorate any thing from pictures of living being.
