Should I tell my friend about my dreams or keep them to myself?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Last year I saw myself doing wudhu in hauz (masjid me hauz hota hai na) but it was too small like a water is filled in a wash basin and I am doing wudhu. (b) After few days again I saw myself doing wudhu but this time standing and not in hauz but from tap and below is toilet. (c) Now yesterday my friend saw me in dream that she do not want to give me her contact detail but due to some urgency she gave me (I do not have mobile number of her yet). Second part she saw that somebody called her mom and asked I am there or what and her mom got angry. On the same night I saw a dream too and saw her parents showed me a love letter written by me and I tore it. Later I demanded for banana then they gave me (kheera or dudhi) some what similar vegetable. Please, help me I am in a mess I have not told her about my dreams yet, and will not tell her. Also am I right or shall I tell her?

(1, 2, 3) All the three dreams indicate that you lag far behind in good deeds and tend towards sins. Do not have any contact with that lady or any other lady and do not talk on mobile. Rather pay full attention towards reforming yourself after doing true and genuine taubah.
