Does recitation of specific surahs have the benefits of reciting the full Quran?

Kindly let us know whether recitation of following surahs shower benefits of full Quran as per pamphlet published by: New Afroz Book Binding, b-32, 33, Karamat Market, Lucknow. (1) Surah-Fatiha three times, (2) Ayatul Kursi four times, (3) Surah al-Qadr four times, (4) Surah Zilzal two times, (5) Surah al-Diyah two times, (6) Surah Takasur one time, (7) Surah Kafirun three times.

First, you should have sent the photocopy of that pamphlet, so that we could have seen what the references were. Whatever you have mentioned in your question, all are not proved from hadith. Yes, it is mentioned regarding some surahs that if someone reads them then it is as if he read the whole Quran. The scholars of hadith have explained that whoever read these surahs as if he read the complete meaning of the holy Quran or it indicates towards the glory of the surah. It does not mean that if one person reads the complete Quran while the other person only reads the above mentioned surahs then their reward is equal.
