Greeting Muslims: “Salam” or “Good Morning/Evening”?

what are the farz , when two muslims meets. In a MNC if we are saying Good Morning or Good Evening instead of Salama , is this fine. Please explain if possible with refrence.

(Fatwa: 1059/862=L/1430)

A Muslim should greet (with السلام علیکم) while meeting his Muslim brother. Greeting with ?good morning? and ?good evening? is not an Islamic way; therefore it should be avoided.
