Assalam Walekum Sahab, I have one question which is bothering me since years. We are a very reputed and educated sunni muslim family and we are looking proposals for my younger sisters marriage. We get good proposals but at the end the grooms family declines the interest. No one tells us the reason. We have consulted many alims and elders but they say nothing is wrong with your family. The girl is beautiful. educated namzai and pabandi.She is very depressed on this issue and thinks that allah ne unke naseeb mein shaadi nahi likhi hai.Recently my father has done HAJ and he prayed and did lots of duas for my sister and our family. Do you think that allah ta lah humse razi ho jayege. Please reply to me soon as this is bothering us since 5 years. We have strong aqeeda on allah but at times our mind deviates on non beliefs. Please guide us.Is there something wrong? Can it be someones jealousy as we are a progressing family. May allah guide us. Thanks. do remember in DUA.

Sometimes such trouble harbours some big good which Allah knows best. All the members of the family, especially the younger sister, should recite after every salah and before going to bed Surah Quraish seven times with durood 7 times before and after. Moreover, they should keep on praying sincerely to Allah. May Allah ward off all troubles from you and provide you a pious perfect match for your sister. May Allah grant her bliss in this world and the world hereafter and grant her happy life.
