If a husband imagines that he is giving talaq 3 times to his wife, does that talaq occurs (valid)?

**URGENT please** Assalaamualikum, dear ulema ekram, if a husband imagines that he is giving talaq 3 times to his wife, does that talaq occurs (valid)?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 1674/1674/M=1431)

Talaq does not take place merely by imagination until one does not pronounce it.
