Assalamualikum Mufti Sb., I want to know the following masla. According to following link:: http://www.askimam.org/fatwa/fatwa.php?askid=67136a2ae9a084a980e2cb0408f58572 For Four Rakat Namaz, If the Imam is Musafir and Muktadi is Mukeem then Muktadi no need to recite Sure Fatiya in 3rd and 4th Rakat. Only he need to stand duration of telling tasbih 3 times. Kindly confirm.

Muqim Muqtadi (an on-station person praying salah behind a musafir imam) is just like lahiq i.e. he will complete his salah without qirat. But, it is better for him to keep silent equal to time of reciting Surah Fatihah; since reciting it is better in third and fourth rakaah of obligatory salah, however it is also allowable to keep silent for a time equal to three tasbeeh and then go to ruku.
