How can I legally import ceramic tiles to Pakistan from China and avoid custom duties?

I intend to import ceramic tiles to Pakistan from China, and in order to avoid heavy custom duties i have to show the value of the goods imported 30% less than the original amount, so kindly let me know about this.

Answer

(Fatwa: 772/591=L/1430)

It is not allowed to tell lie in order to avoid custom duty.
