If I do more ibadah I get a waswasah that people who are watching me have jealous on me. What is the solution in Islam?

Do not leave the extra worship due to jealousy of people or satanic waswasah. Well, you should not develop pomp and pride. Make it sure that you do not have intention to be called worshipper. Your intention should be to please Allah purely, and keep on removing the doubt. May Almighty Allah save you from the evil of envies and Satan and nafs! Amen!
