What invalidates a marriage in Islam?

salamun alaik I wanted to know about the things that invalidate nikah automatically.i.e, i have heard that if a married person does zinaah then his nikah becomes invalid with his life partner.so i wanted to know even the minutest things that invalidate a persons nikah.i want its complete details.its really imp .for me to know this thing is really imp.. please for god sake do reply.

(Fatwa: 1706/1463=/1429)

Nikah is not invalidated itself by any act. Yes, if any Muslim (may Allah forbid) becomes apostate, then the nikah is nullified, or if he utters any word of kufr, then also nikah is nullified. Adultery does not make the nikah null and void.
