If the person who held nikah sermony , knows that , guy is homosexsual and fornikater , while bride is pure virgin muslim girl , then the nikah will be legal or not.

If the boy is Muslim then the Nikah shall be valid. But one should not give any virgin and virtuous girl in the Nikah of a fornicator and homosexual knowingly. It is injustice with the girl.
