What is the Islamic ruling regarding a homosexual and fornicator getting married to an otherwise pure Muslim girl?

If the person who held nikah sermony , knows that , guy is homosexsual and fornikater , while bride is pure virgin muslim girl , then the nikah will be legal or not.

Answer

(Fatwa: 1169/142=B/1429)

If the boy is Muslim then the Nikah shall be valid. But one should not give any virgin and virtuous girl in the Nikah of a fornicator and homosexual knowingly. It is injustice with the girl.
