Assalamualaikum wr wb, What is dividend which comes as a result of investment ? Is it allowed to take the dividend from the company where we have invested?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 880/880=M/1429)
It is permissible to receive the profits of investment as per the settled agreement provided you invested in lawful business and have settled the deal with the company as per the norms and rules of partnership or muzarabah.
