My question is one guy name sultan(changed name) he wants to marry with one girl but she is relative. but the relation is “she is sister of sultans aunty(chote chachi)” but she is 4 year younger than sultan please give me answer by email in the light of sharia

If there is nothing that is a hindrance for the nikah to be valid like suckling etc, then their nikah is valid.
