My freind wants to ask that can he marry his Maternal aunt ” Khala ” if she is marryed to his uncle “Chacha”.
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1030/1030=M/1429)
It is unlawful to marry to ones khala (maternal aunt) whether real or sister of mother from her father or mother. Please, clarify if the case is different.
