I am here working as an accountant & becuase of that i have to deal with income tax & other tax department. behalf of company, i give them bribe direct arrange by me & some time my boss arrnage & send me to give them money. if it is harram although i am working. please give me a way to avoid these type of delaings.

If the work of the company you are employed in is right then your earnings are Halal. As far as the matter of bribe is concerned if it given by compulsion in order to avoid oppression then it is allowable. But, if there is any danger of life or wealth in opposing then it should be avoided.
