AssalamWalekum, I m an eyebank technician,Here in this centre I preserve corneas of donated eyes and distribute it as per its suitability to Muslims as well as NonMuslim Corneally blind patients.I want to Know whether my work is lawful and why?

In itself, distribution is allowable; therefore your work is lawful.
