Janab Assalmwalekum, my father has purchased the following 1. An Agricultural land in my mothers name 2. A plot for house construction in his name but not constructed 3. A plot for house construction and house has been constructed in my, brothers and his(fathers)own name now my father and mother has been demised. we are three sisters and two brothers . now i would like to know that how can we distribute these properties as per islamic law. hope that you will answer me at the earliest possible and will keep confidential the question and answer. khuda Hafiz yours sincerely!

In the abovementioned case, after paying the rights preceding inheritance, the entire property of parents will be distributed in seven shares, out of which two shares will be given to each brother and one share to each sister.
