I have recently joined a big software company. Now I have a lot of work to do also have heavy work load and pressure. Could you please guide me that whatever work I do should be easily completed with good feedback from my office members and clients/customers?

May Almighty Allah ease your works! Have courage and determination. Do not become nervous due to abundance of work. Keep on supplicating Almighty Allah for the completion of the work. Also recite this dua:
اللهم سهل لا سهل الا ما جعلته سهلا وانت تجعل الحزن سهلا اذا شئت .
In-sha-Allah, you would have control over your work.
