Is it permissible to perform circumcision (Khutna) using electro-cautery i.e cutting with electric-current instead of knife, to decrease bleeding, after giving local anesthesia?

There is no problem whatsoever in using electro-cautery instead of knife. The only objective is to remove the extra skin and it is achieved in this case.
