I am a student of National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. It is a Central Government Institute. We have around 70 to 100 Muslim students here from different parts of the world. For Jumuah salah we have to go to nearly 9 kilometers. And sometimes we have to miss the classes. For this reason many students miss the Jumuah salah. Therefore, in order to avoid this inconvenience and make maximum people offer Jumuah salah we have taken permission for reserving a hall in our college for an hour of two in Friday Noon to offer Jumuah salah. Therefore, I wanted to know is it permissible for us to offer Jumuah salah in a place like that?

If the said National Institute is located in the city or in the suburb of the city or in town or in big village where the conditions that make Jumuah salah valid are found then it is allowable to establish Jumuah salah with Khutba (in Arabic language) and jamat in college Hall.
