If I borrow 25000 on interest and I will have to pay 5000 as interest. I also have 1,00,000 separately. Will all of 1,25,000 become haram? Or just 25,000? Or all of the money will remain halal but I will be punished for this great sin?

No money shall be haram due to taking interest based loan rather all the amount shall remain halal, but one shall be sinful due to interest based dealing and paying the interest.
