I have disease. My feces leaks also my urine leaks I had stomach operation. After wudhu it looks like my urine has leaked again. Leak of feces makes my pajama napak also urine leak makes my pajama napak. Could you tell me if my namaz in this situation will be accepted? What shall I do?

If you are not ma’zur (excused) as per the Shariah definition, then your wudhu shall break after leakage of urine drops and if the urine smears with the clothes then they shall also be impure. In such a case, it shall be mandatory for you to make fresh wudhu and clean the cloth, only then your salah shall be valid.
