Can Isha salah be offered up to 04.22 am if Fajr salah starts at 04.23 am?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
What is the closing time of Isha salah? Is it up to Fajr salah? Suppose the time of starting Fajr salah is 04.23 am, then can one offer Isha salah up to 04.22 am?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 749/743/SD=09/1437)

The last time of Isha salah is until the time of Fajr starts, i.e. before the true dawn. Hence in the question mentioned above, if the time of Fajr salah starts at 4:23 am then the said person may offer Isha salah before 4:23 am. But it is makrooh to delay the Isha salah till midnight to true dawn without a valid reason.
