Is it necessary to fully wash the cloth if a new born boy or girl urine that cloth. I have heard that it is not necessary to fully wash the cloth if a boy child urine the cloth.

If a newborn baby boy or girl urinates on the cloth then it is necessary to wash only the part where the urine is smeared. It is not necessary to wash the whole cloth.
