Is speaking in bathroom or latrine allowed in any condition?

It is mustahab not to talk in the toilet as the satr is open there. However, one may have short talk when needed.
ويستحب أن لا يتكلم بکلام مطلقا ؛ أما كلام الناس فلكراهته حال الكشف (شامى 1/ 291 مطلب : سنن الغسل)
