Can we read the holy Quran between Asr and Maghrib timing? Somebody passed a message to me that we cannot read the Quran between Asr and Maghrib timing. Is it correct? Please inform as early as possible.

Yes, you may recite the holy Quran between Asr and Maghrib. The text of the message is not correct. You did better that you enquired about it.
