(Fatwa: 301/301/SD=06/1436)
According to Shariah, such a person is entitled to receive zakah who is not owner of nisab. If a person paying tax is sahib nisab i.e. he owns silver 612.360 or cash or business commodity equal to its value or extra goods then according to Shariah he is not entitled to receive zakah; otherwise he can receive zakah.
