As I also want to know that the spot of (Ihtilam) is left after washing the cloth very nicely, but still the spot is left and the hardness at place still remain after the hand wash, so can we offer the namaz from that cloth where that spot still remains?

The cloth turns pure after washing three times by rubbing. If the spot remains it will not harm, you may offer salah in that cloth.
