I am blessed with son on 2nd September 2013, we thought the name to be “MOHAMMED YAQOOB ZAYD”. Is this name good meaning if not can you suggest some alternative name.

Just keep the name Muhammad Yaqoob. There is no need to add Zaid. This is a good name. It is the name of a prophet.
