Turning to Allah Ta’ala and being positive

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I am 28 years old and married. I am a software engineer. I face problems while involving in social daily life activities and feel my self unable to learn and perform even simple tasks of life. In practical life I feel that I am unable to do things. Please guide me according to Islam. And I hesitate to involve in daily life activities as I fear people will discourage (make joke of) me.

Bismillaah

A: There is no need to worry and stress. Before carrying out any task, you should turn to Allah Ta’ala and make dua. Thereafter you should adopt the correct means in fulfilling the task. After turning to Allah Ta’ala and adopting the correct means, have a positive mind. Before speaking to people, you should ponder over what you wish to say and thereafter communicate. Thinking before speaking will assist you to express yourself in a calm and composed manner.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
