A person due to his anger said, that he will not keep relationship with another person by the name of Allah, but after he calms down, he regrets for his decision and keep continuing the relationship. Surely, he has broken the swear and he is ready to pay the ‘kaffarah’ for this, my question is, if he pays the ‘kaffarah’ and afterwards keep continuing the relationship, is it again break the swear and does he have to pay ‘kaffarah’ again or he is free from his swear now? (He does not make a swear again after breaking the first one).

In the above mentioned case if the said person swore in this way “by Allah I will not keep relationship with so and so person”, but later on he wants to maintain relationship with him as it is lawful then he should start it and pay the kaffarah of his oath. In this case, it is enough to pay the kaffarah only once, it is not wajib again.
