I am amassing money for higher study for around one year. This amount has crossed the nisab. I have no enough money for other purpose except my daily need. Do I have to give zakah on my amassed money which will be used for study?

Yes, as long as that money is with you and it is equal to nisab then zakah shall be wajib provided the conditions of zakah are met.
