My father died recently. Now what is the percentage of my stepmother, my own eldest sister (married), and me on my father’s property including residential house. And on which property they (sister and mother) have right to get and not to get?

If you three persons (the widow of deceased, one son and one daughter) are the only heirs then the entire property of the father (property, house etc) shall be divided into 24 shares. Out of the total, 3 shares shall go to the step-mother i.e. widow of deceased, 14 shares to the son and 7 shares to the daughter.

Widow: 1×03=03
Son: 1×14=14
Daughter: 1×07=07
Total: 24
