As salamo alaikum.I need to travel a long distance in train .Can I use tissue paper in train’s toilet to gain purity while travelling as I fear that if I l use water after istinja to gain purity,it might spread here and there and could even spread impure particles and that droplets would impure me too.

The answer to your question is as follows:
Using tissue papers in toilet and doing istinja is allowed and it will purify the person too. Although, it is better to use water after use of tissue papers.
