My mother’s sister husband is mahram or non mahram for my sister.Is she needed to hijab from him.

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh
Your mother’s sister’s husband is ghair mahram to your sister. Therefore hijaab is necessary between them.
وَأُحِلَّلَكُمْمَاوَرَاءَذَلِكُمْ (سورةالنساء ) قالابنكثيررحمهاللهتحتهذهالاية: ايماعدامنذكرنمنالمحارمهنلكمحلال. (تفسيرابنكثير )
