How can a Muslim praying while he is travelling, for example, going to the moon?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

If Muslims can go to the Moon, then how can they pray (salaat) on their way to the Moon and on the Moon? If Muslims go to the North Pole were it is eithere 6 month day or 6 month night, then how can they pray (sallat)?

Answer

En-route to the moon, a Muslim is obliged to perform Salaat in the rocket. People living in places where there are imbalances of time, for example, North Pole, should follow the time zones of the place nearest to them who experience balances of time.

And Allah Taãla Knows Best.
