When a woman is on her menses is it true she can not enter the Mosque or is it that she can’t touch the prayer mat only?

Answer:

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, ‘I do not make the Musjid
permissible for a female in menses and an impure person.’
