I want to ask you that (1) My monthly earning is arround Rs. 11,500, I have booked a Flat <for residence purpose> worth Rs. 340,000 Rs. 125,000 (HB Loan), I have paid Rs. 169,000 till now, for this I have taken loan of Rs. 75,000 from my relative (Still to be paid). I pay monthly installment of Rs. 7,000 per month, I want to ask you that ‘Zakat’ and ‘Qurbani’ is wajid on me or not. jazakallah

According to our understanding, your liabilities including payment for the house is approximately Rs200,000.
Zakaat and Qurbaani is not compulsory upon you.
