Answer
Recite the following:
a’oodhu bikalimaati llaahi ttaammaati min ghadhabihi wa `iqaabihi wa min sharri ibaadihi wa min hamazaatis shaytaani, wa a-yyuhdharoon
Meaning: I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger, His punishment, the evil of his slaves, the evil whispers of the Shayateen and from them affecting me.
This hadith in narrated in Muatta Imam Malik No.1704 , Ibn Sunni No.766 , Ahmed No.16623, Sunnanul Kubra of Nasai No.10602, Ibn Abi Shaibah No.29620 etc.
This dua if reciting will full sincerity and conviction together with constancy will allow you to sleep well and enable you to wake up for tahajjud.
May Allah Ta’ala grant us all taufeeq to be constant on tahajjud.
