Salaams. Kindly advise the rulings for women who have missed fasts during Ramadaan due to menstruation. Is it possible for her to pay kaffarah instead of keeping the missed fasts or not?

If she can keep the fasts, she cannot pay Kaffaarah. She has to keep the
missed fasts.
