I have some questions in my mind, I don’t know what is right in Islam, please guide me
subjet : taking gift or any benift
I am working in FMCG Trading company, My position is to develop and source product from other company.
Developed product, order, delivery and payment for them all these things are my job responsibility.
If someone offer any gift or benifits for me since i am helping them with the orders. can I take the gilf or benefit? Will it be halal for me?
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If the gift is not regarded as a bribery, then only will it be permissible.[1] In order to ensure that the gift is not a bribery, you may inform your management. If they do not object to the gifts, then you may accept the gifts.
