Will i get any sin if my office staff uses te office wifi to watch or download movies in their cell phones

Brother in Islaam,
If you are aware that your staff are watching movies and you are able to restrict the usage of the Wi-Fi, then you will be responsible for not affecting the restriction.
You may consider discussing the issue with them or setting up a proxy to restrict the usage[1].
