Would it be correct to say that the attributes of actions are pre-eternal and everlastingly linked to the attributes of Essence?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

As-Salaam-Alaikum, in the scholarly texts the attributes of Allah (SWT) are classified as either relating to Essence or Actions. Would it be correct to say that the attributes of actions are pre-eternal and everlastingly linked to the attributes of Essence? For example the attribute of Mercy is linked to attributes of Power, Knowledge, Will etc. Additionally, is it correct to say that the attributes describe the Nature of Allah (SWT). Your simple clarification in this matter of aqidah would be immensely appreciated. Jazak Allah.
