Assalaam u alaikum, If i am talking to my uncle and i say “it cant last like this forever”, “ive made up my mind”, but i am doubtful if i had intention to divorce, does divorce take place and Are these words kinayah?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The statements “it cant last like this forever”, “ive made up my mind”, are not words of kinayah divorce. They do not constitute divorce.

وبالعربية قوله: أطلق، لا يكون طلاقاً في أنه دائر بين الحال والاستقبال فلم يكن تحقيقاً مع الشك
