I am engaged to be married but my fiance wishes to finish of her studies first. This would postpone the nikka for 6 months to a year. What should I do?

I wish to marry as soon as possible. Should I just have patience as Allah has planned everything and we will just have to wait for the time to come?

Answer:

If you can suppress your desires and abstain from sin, then you should
exercise patience.
