Are Islamic cartoons with music permissible or harmful for children?

Assalam aleykum. Are islamic cartoons that contain music alowed? My husband says that the benefit outweights the harm but i can’t help feeling that i’m poisoning them.

Secondly, it should be noted that music in Islam is impermissible. This fact is clearly agreed upon by the ‘ulamaa.

Therefore, it will be haraam to watch cartoons whether they are ‘Islamic’ or ‘Un-Islamic’.
